Get Immediate relief & support a charity in the process!
First reason why am I selling you an Ice pack, instead of just giving it away? Well.. Simply put, I’m trying to re-use and recycle. We use the Good Food products, and they send Ice packs in every box… before COVID hit, we used to be able to return these, and they use to re-use them… now it feels very wasteful… although recyclable still wasteful. So the couple of dollars for the ice pack is really the cost of my effort to send it to you, it also helps support this site and cover its costs, and processing fees and so on.
Second reason and just as important as the first… I figure, if I’m helping in so many ways, a little help in return in supporting a cause I care about, can help even more… There is a Charity that I support on a regular basis, if this site ends up making any profits, I would be more than happy to send 50% of all profits to go to ICareFormoms.com
A quick summary about the the charity, I know the founder of that Charity personally, I have helped them build their site, and have assisted them with other IT stuff… and have donated when I could in money, and I feel bad saying all this, but I’m not saying it to flaunt, I’m saying it, because I want you to know that this particular Charity is as real as they come…! And for me the most beautiful thing is that I know for a fact without a doubt in my mind, that the money and the help is all real. The Founder, lost both his mother and his sister to systemic poverty during child birthing in Liberia. He vowed to build a clinic to help prevent that. I have been privileged to see the clinic being built from the ground up. He along with his partner in life (a registered nurse), have invested most of their income on this venture in order to achieve his goal and the clinic is almost ready to be launched sometime this year (2021).
