I’m 99% certain this will work for you!

I most likely have gone through what you are currently going through, and I also found out that, other people that didn’t seem to fit the bill; Meaning they are or were healthier people, to have also gone through that same pain.

Fissures!!! I will never say to anyone ever again you are a pain in the Butt!! Fissures gave me a whole new meaning to that sentence! If I was to measure my pain level on a 10, well without exaggeration it was a 1000.

“Kill me now” was a thought constantly crossing my mind… I felt that my sphincter was on fire and there was nothing to stop it from hurting… it felt like I was waking around with a razor stuck right at the edge of my anus. A real life walking zombie

I stopped functioning properly. I stopped being able to talk to anyone, without being irritated, I couldn’t sit, I couldn’t stand without being in pain, I couldn’t find any relief in anything I was attempting to do. I took Salt Baths, I applied the Anusol, and the Preparation-H. I asked my parents for advice if they had any, and of course they did, as they always do, they suggested Olive Oil, mind you I never tried Olive Oil, I didn’t believe it would help, I was also afraid of an infection, but you can try it and let me know. I tried Advil, Tylenol, for pain relief, and I tried more products off the shelf, and more prescription products, like hydro-cortisone (these were the plugs – very uncomfortable), and none worked properly. The pain always came back 10 times fold when it did. I gotta admit though the plugs felt as though they are almost working… but was a weird situation that when things came back it was so much worst.. I read some more about it, and it seamed as though they are bad for your skin… so making things worst while making it feel better ? I’m not sure… but doesn’t matter… cause I stopped them as they were unbearable to continue…

One recommendation I can make, is that if you have been prescribed suppositories then its most likely because you may have an infection. so it may be good to take these but for not longer than a week, is my recommendation. Once the week is done, switch quickly to Pranicure, and make sure to have the rest of the solution all 10 steps being applied.

…This although some of it sounded crass… I apologize to anyone who gets offended in advance, I’m writing this, in attempt to give anyone else who has gone through or is going through the same episodes I went through a glimmer of hope that there is a hope out there for you if you follow this recipe! Without complicating things and to get straight to the point as to what worked for me here it is, and be ready, it’s many things combined – if you do only one of these it’s just simply not enough – Also the order of these does not depict their importance more than another – as I said they are all just as important as one another.

Now hopefully your situation is not worst than what I just described, although this is its own right is horrible, it can always be worst. I went to the doctor and got checked myself, to be on the safe side. The doctor confirmed it was fissures only. So thanks god for me it was only that, and I’m sorry if you are dealing with something worst. I hope you get through it. I know family members who had it, and the good news is they pulled through it, and beat it – and if you are going through Chemo, and you have a low blood count, Pomegranate is supposed to be excellent for your white blood count, so do some reading what could naturally help you, and follow it, and I wish you luck, and better health.

So please do get checked, and confirm your situation with a doctor… if it’s fissures before you opt in for a surgery, and you have the ability to handle your pain, try this solution out first, as you may naturally get healed and get better, and you should know that the surgery to repair the fissures remains to be a percentage and it’s not that high. I also know people who had the surgery and are still dealing with the issues.

I believe I said what I wanted to pass along. If you don’t have an ice pack at home, you can buy a recycled and reusable ice pack here, while quantities last. Until you receive your chair and your ointment.

Best fibers I found

Avoid Meta Mucil – for me it was a sort of catch 22. If I drank Meta Mucil, my stool would sort of loosen, but also would compile, so constant ripping right back and then more pains.

What worked for me was eating cereals religiously: “Harvest Crunch” any flavor didn’t really matter – but every day eat a bowl of cereal (not a big bowl – just a small packet size – like one handful is enough). No matter what you do!

Eat Yogurt as a natural Probiotic

AVOID heavily processed meats, and food that contain a lot of Antibiotics. These are killing your stomach slowly, slowly.

Now this goes without saying, if you got fissures, another factor that hardens your stool is the amount of Antibiotics that we eat in our food. In order to re-balance your stomach, you have to eat food filled with Probiotics, or simply take supplements that will give you enough Probiotics to keep your stool soft enough.

I haven’t listed any here, because I am back to eating Probiotics on a regular basis in my Dairy products. (through Yogourt). But many will recommend to take a high level of Probiotics to avoid issues. Now I haven’t added any links for this, I figured you can try what works for you.

My understanding on this subject, each individual can take different levels, as these are measured in cultures. I’m sure you can figure it out with a bit of research, if you are not already taking these.

If you don’t have a manual shower head – get one.

I researched Bidets thinking that may be able to provide a relief – problem with bidets you don’t really fully control the process from start to finish, or the heat of the water before it goes on your body, a lot of Bidets no matter the price really have bad reviews. To me that’s a problem.

An alternate solution, not as fancy as a bidet would be a manual shower head. The one I purchased is identical to the one I added the link for below, but different maker, and at the time of writing this, it was no longer available on Amazon. So I’m adding the one that match closest to the same features as what I bought.

I don’t know much about plumbing and shower heads… So if you have someone that can give you a better advice go for it… I’ve had mine for about 9 months now and I haven’t seen any issues with it. I installed it myself, it was fairly easy to do.

So why do you need this? Well simply put, WIPING CAUSES CUTS and if you can, use the shower after every stool. First off, its better for the environment, and more importantly it’s soothing for your fissures!

AVOID attempting to use all the other creams.

Try this instead; This I believe in, to be the miracle cure but not on its own, I apply it every day, after every stool movement (after I wash of course).

Now they say that it will heal you in 6 month if you have fissures… I have been taking it for over 10 months at this point and I’m still having some issues, BUT my pain levels have dropped from 1000/10 to about a 2 on 10 for sometimes having discomfort, and sometimes pain, if I don’t relieve myself and skip a day (I can have issues) – I have to pass stool everyday at least once – and constantly apply this solution – and your pain will drop…

I’ve had fissures for about 3 years before I started taking Pranicura… I think to heal that it may take a little longer than most… I actually am starting to feel almost healed… Hence this blog…

Purchase for 50 USD on their site which I linked for you below (don’t get the knock offs) – I believe this CAN HEAL YOU if you combine it with the recommended chair below and I’ll explain. (note this ointment will take about a month to 2 months to arrive) – so Don’t wait trust me you need this…!!!

update: this is about 14 month later, now I can skip a day from releasing and the pain doesn’t come back, I do feel the tension, but I take my time, and no issues, I’m still applying the cream.

AVOID not applying anything, and sit on ice.

Basic but effective… when the pain was hitting 1000/10 the only thing that was ever relieving the pain was the Ice packs… mind you I was a zombie for an hour before I could regain some brain functionality… but it worked… cheap but effective tending to my pain – NOT HEALING IT… just tending to it…

So if you have an Ice pack at home – go get it, wrap it in a towel, and sit on it right away. This will help you deal with the pain a little better.

If you don’t have Ice packs or anything that you can use, you can purchase it directly from the link above. Eat your fruits

AVOID RASPBERRIES, AVOID BLACKBERRIES – these caused me ISSUES EVERY TIME I ATE SOME. reason: Tiny seeds that can open cuts.

EVERY DAY – you need fruits that will also have tons of Fiber in them.

Best I found was: Bananas, Dried Prunes, Dried Dates, and Mango.

I make a smoothie everyday, that has a banana in it at least, and mix it with other fruits.

I would recommend that if you are like me and love these fruits, wait till you get better, then monitor what you are eating, and if you relapse — you know what you have to do!

Here is a quick and easy and delicious smoothie you can have everyday, and will help you stay regular;

Frozen Mango, Frozen Bananas, Dried Dates, Dried Prunes, 1 frozen Strawberry, Blueberries (fresh or frozen), frozen Pineapples, frozen Peaches – if you want it to be chocolaty – add Chocolate Milk, if not either Water to reduce calories, or milk if you prefer more energy and calories (if you exercise) – if not stick to water.

Exercise

AVOID continued weight gain, and lack of exercise. You have to commit in making a change, if you can!

I am an IT guy…. I rarely move, and I’m mostly working away.. as a matter of fact I mostly work around 20 hours a day… rarely do I have time to exercise. I have to make the time, and most importantly I have to stick to that new routine. That remains to be my downfall… But I did start feeling better when I was exercising.

According to the NY times, you can have a 9 minute workout… I did find some YouTube videos that give a good 8 to 12 minutes workouts. Find one you like and follow it.

AVOID using Toilet Paper – no matter how expensive or great quality they claim it is. All dry Toilet paper are now using some level of recycled paper, which I really believe cause fissures, but there hasn’t been any scientific proof of this, so it’s my own speculation, and I believe there is merit in that theory.

Try This: Wet wipes because they are wet – the fibers in the wipes, are soft will not act like paper cuts, because you can’t cut your skin with a wet paper right? Simple logic? in that case, use Water based, flush-able only because otherwise, the non flush-able would be harsher for you and the environment. I added a link the Walmart sold wet wipes on the picture in this section.

AVOID purchasing fake cooling chairs off amazon, or anywhere else. the one I listed in here is the only one in the market equipped with transistors that will actually act like your fridge and cool you. otherwise you are just buying a fan in the shape of a chair.

[IMPORTANT UPDATE: Dec 2 2021: I just found out the Company going through some hardships due to COVID, and is having some shifts, as the link I posted here is broken – I will keep this link in the case they come back after the fact. I would strongly recommend you write to the company and ask them to keep in business and order a chair from them. ]

This is the only seat in the market that will actually cool down, and is not just a fan… the price tag is expensive but worth every penny! trust me on this!!!. I was using ice pack before this to obtain immediate relief.. the ice packs numb your pain (and produce other pains from the cold ice)…

This seat cools you down and removes 70% of your heat within a minute, especially if you are applying the Pranicura, they go hand in hand as a solution.

The chair in its cooling process, blows cold air on your back and under your seat. adding much needed cooling breath on your pain location, and where you applied the Pranicura ointment. I believe you should buy both products if you truly want the relief…

With this seat you will also need to purchase a power adapter. as the seat is made to be used in a vehicle and comes with a cigarettes 12 V plug by default.

The company produces these seats to be placed in Planes, high end cars, and so on… but they also made this seat available for the public. You should know it takes about 2 months for this product to arrive as they are cutom made and assemble in North America – Just to manage your expectations.

This seat changed my life to the better! If you are a workaholic like me, or simply work crazy shifts sitting down, then you need this seat, plain and simple! You are literately investing in your well being by purchasing this seat!

I have personally dealt with the company management, with regards to the delays, and they are super nice people, you just have to be patient

– not every product produced is always next day

– this is a super high quality product that works. (maybe not the look or anything like that… but from a functional perspective

– I can sit, and have been doing this for the last 12 months for over 20 hours a day working away without issues… because the seat takes all the heat away. And that is what you need)

– All the other electric cooling chairs, are just fans…

In short – your money… But this is the best investment you can make in yourself..!

AVOID getting dehydrated at all costs. this will definitely cause fissures, and additional pains, and constipation.

Try this, have a bottle of water beside you at all times, I recommend Manna Insulated Water Bottle, plain silver one as the others lose their cover and start falling on your fingers. it’s sold at Canadian tire for 39.99, but I’m sure you can find it elsewhere. the reason I recommend this bottle, as it’s really tested in +40 C left in a car, and the water was still cool to drink when I came back hours later.

Drink at least 8 of these per day to stay hydrated.
